I really doubt whether Spurs will let Luka Modric go when he's playing so well for Spurs, especially as Danny Levy owns such a depth of venomous hatred toward the Gaffer. More interesting to me is the fact that Ferguson has obviously become disenchanted enough with Michael Carrick to want to cut him loose. The nice thing about Modric is that he can play both in central midfield and on the left wing.

I STILL MISS NOBBY & BOBBY!!!

Get your indirect point, Bobo, and nothing, not even a rumour, of something like that happening. Yeah, I read on RedRants about that Carrick thing..possible disagreement with SAF...hope it's not true.

its Carrick +cash for Modric!!! how much did we pay for Carrick? quite a hefty sum if i remember. is Spurs some kind of return store? first there was Keane, then Defoe, now Carrick?

like I said van der Vaart is rotting away in Madrid, get him over!

Van Der Vaart's wife doesn't want to live in rainy England. I'd rather have Sneijder. Like I said: The most interesting thing is that Ferguson is disenchanted with Carrick in the first place.

fingers crossed!there must be something up if he hasnt been in the matchday squad for 2 of our 3 competitive games, usually he would at least be on the bench, probably because of his experience.ill actually cry with joy if he leaves, god i might even have a heart attack if hes used to get modric

Modric isn't all that good, I don't know what the hell you are talking about.

I'd rather keep Carrick, he has his moments (a la Wigan away last season) and is the only cool head in the team probably apart from VDS, although his coolness didn't show against Burnley
