You know the drill. Harry has full control over transfers, something Martin Jol didn't have in his back to back 5th place finishes, and he is a born motivator, something Ramos couldn't do very well.

With Tottenham's money, can Harry make a serious challenge for 4th place and CL football next season?

Dont think they'll reach CL...but to be only above 15 would be good, judging from the fact that this season has started out so competitive...

Its possible. But not for at least the next 2 seasons, & by then the rules for qualification to the CL will have radically changed a la Platini style.

So maybe its not possible. There, i contradicted myself in my own argument.

Spiral - Platini's rule changes give the top 3 automatic qualification and make the qualifying rounds much tougher for the 4th placed side (in EPL at least). The rule changes aren't so radical as to completely change top 4 to top 3...

Just 2 or 3 teams a season that can fight against the Big Four...
