i think he meant strikers. arshavin seems to be playing well on the wing an given wengers track record of converting players i think he could end up playing there permanently. i think bendtner would be a good player if he stoppe being so inconsistent. as for eduardo, he is better than most if not all other of the sub strikers in the prem. vela is also clas but he needs to bulk up.

I can see Adebayor leaving soon, Arsene doesn't bother with big egos. Eduardo's better in my opinion, better finisher, faster, more technique, better passer.

dont know if he is quicker. but if adebayor did go then we would need another striker that could fill in when he gets injured.

    --------------Ade----------------
    ----------------RvP-------------

    Arshavin---Fabregas---Nasri/Rosicky

    ------------Matuidi--------------

    Clichy---------------------Sagna
    --------Gallas---Toure---------

Matuidi could be replaced with M.Diarra from Madrid or any other holding mf signing. The holding mf needs to just sit in front of the back four and disrupt the opposition's attacks. Our full backs provide enough support for attack that the holding mf can almost accout as an advanced sweeper with no offensive responsibilities. But Denilson and Song are not quite ready to fill that position if we are to really challenge for honors.

The other thing would be to bring in a strong keeper. Almunia is a great back up, but not good enough to be a starter for us. As good as he played in the first leg against ManU, he was shockingly awful in that CL second leg. Gordon, Green or Frey would fit the bill. We could use even use Eboue as bait with Fiorentina to land Frey - which is definitely a win/win situation. He's french too, so he'll fit right in with our francophone back four...Btw, Vermaelen will slot in nicely when Toure is away at the ACN in Jan and Feb.

Eduardo is a better finisher than Ade and has a much better attitude, but he is an inferior EPL striker to Ade. Eduardo is too small and gets pushed off the ball too easily to lead our line in the EPL. His best games as a Gunner have been in the Carling Cup or against weaker competition in the FA Cup. He doesn't hold the ball up very well and big CBs like Ferdinand, Terry, Vidic or Carragher have no trouble with him. All of them have mentioned their distaste for playing against big strong center forwards like Ade and Drogba. Ade is much faster than Eduardo, though you couldn't tell from all the offsides! Eduardo is a little better passer, but neither is great. Eduardo is also too injury prone. As much as I love Eduardo and am frusterated by Ade's cavalier attitude and inconsistent efforts, Ade is the only one (of these two) who can effectively lead our line.
