Simple: what impact will this game have on the title race? What will be the outcome? And "will Giggs play"?

I think it has title decider written all over it.

Also, can anyone guess when that picture was taken?

    Cue the Nani jokes...

Ruud scoring against L'Arse the next game after he missed that penalty and got hounded for it?

Everyone's thinking that Arsenal will be the wounded tigers and United the overconfident pigs, and it'll be an upset. The alternative - that Arsenal will be beaten and thus humiliated - is difficult to digest even for United fans since we haven't seen that happen in a long time.

Arsenal won't have Flamini, Fabregas is broken atm and the only two players I'd be worried about right now are Ade and Theo. Hope Wenger starts with both of them so we don't get hit with the 'you beat a weak side' argument again.

Should be a good one, but United must win this, so they'll win.

It's not a title decider; but it could be a title eliminator. United win and Arsenal are over and out. United lose and and all of a sudden you have a genuine three-way fight for the title, with 4 games to go.

United will beat Arsenal and beat them well. If United score first the result could be embarassing for Arsenal. If Arsenal score first, United will win but it could be tight. In the last 20 minutes, Arsenal may hit the wall from fatigue; especially if they are behind.

i agree with frankie,if United win,Arsenal out of the race...
if United draw,Arsenal also out from the race IF Chelsea win over Wigan ...

mufan's utter lack of knowledge of English makes his joke all the funnier. Haha!!

    and the result...
    MANCHESTER UNITED 2 Arsenal 1
    CHELSEA 1 WIGAN ATHLETIC 1
...now that the Gunners had been given the way out by the defending champions, now the race is only a two-horse race...between The Blues and Red Devils...and the match at Stamford Bridge this 26 April can be possibly the title decider...same like the match at there 2 or 3 season ago...that The Blues won 3-0...

The match at the Bridge will be rather pointless if United manage to beat Blackburn this weekend. United will probably rest their key players for the second leg of the Barca game and even if Chelsea do win, they will only be able to close the gap to two pints which will mean that United will need a draw and a win in their last two games.

Totolly do-able. I think the title is ours now.

Chances are that if United beat Blackburn, Chelsea will also want to prioritise on the Champions League. They could also rest players against United, to keep the key men fresh for the return leg against Liverpool. Liverpool will definitely be resting virtually all their first team in the league match in between the CL encounters with Chelsea.

Avram Grant will find himself in a no-win situation. If he rests players against United and fails to beat them, he'll be heavily criticised for surrendering the title. If he doesn't rest players against United and then goes on to lose against Liverpool, he'll be heavily criticised for not prioritising on his main target - the Champions League. It'll be said that it was pointless putting out a full side against United as United are too far ahead and are going to win the title anyway.

It's looking good for United - provided they do the business against Blackburn. They could then go into the Chelsea game 5 or 7 or 8 points ahead of Chelsea (depending on how Chelsea do against Everton). In any of those scenarios, it's all over "bar the shouting".

Avram Grant now in a 'life or death' situation....if his team lost 1 or 2 matches or either draw all of the remaining matches, finally 'the champ is still here'...United will keep the trophy once again...and Chelsea need to win UCL ....if they also lose UCL...Avram maybe OUT of The Blues...one reason why Mourinho get sacked by Abramovich because Roman has not tasted Champions League once in his life or either Chelsea too...so they MUST lose all the EPL matches,so Glory2 Man United....!!!(LOVE U,UNITED)

The pic, that prick Ruud getting a penalty from a Rooney dive to send our unbeaten run to and end on 49 games.

One more, and it woulda been a nice number!

I hope Chelsea consider a new manager by end of the season. Ben Haim and Grant are both left out of the summer tour. Will I will rest my case by saying congradulation to both united fans and their players. :?
