The Arsenal attack this season has been just as good as Man Utd and Chelsea and behind only Liverpool's in the goals for column, but their defence has been awful, typified in the 4-4 draws with Liverpool and Tottenham.
At least three of Sagna, Toure, Gallas, Almunia, Silvestre and Song should be sold. Bendtner needs to go as well as he never performs, and they can use the money from transfer fees and those saved on the old players wages to buy bigger n better than Lescott and Hangeland or their slipping outa the big four

you keep Clichy and Gibbs, 2 similar players and sell both your keepers with the 2CB, great, so Silvestre and Hange, with V. Manone in goal. great, doesnt help, the defence will be worst.

I wouldn't swap Sagna for Corluka as thats basically getting you a player who performs exactly the same. I think Djourou isn't a bad player actually, but Fabianski hasn't done anything to impress me. No offence to Haangeland or Turner, they are both decent players, but Arsenal need some world-class quality at the back and buying players like these is always a gamble as you don't know if they can handle playing for a top club. I think I've seen Chiellini linked with Arsenal, and thats just the sort of player they need. Probably should have beaten City to the meagre £12 mill they paid for Barry as well, he would have patrolled the gap between the back four and midfield and give Fabregas a free roaming role, although I've also heard Fabregas prefers to sit back and pull strings which would contradict what I've just said

I've not seen much of him but Vermaelen has the potential. Problem is I dont think he'l solve their problems, they still need better players back there. Their wasting their time if they buy trezeguet but might b a good bit of business if they sell adebayor for lotsa cash dolla

If Atletico hadn't just signed him, I'd have told you to go out and buy Asenjo. Arsenal have never had a problem in attack, so if Adebayor is sold, Wenger should have enough cash to buy some defensive cover, add that to Eboue's and Gallas' transfer fees and he should have a respectable transfer kitty. Sakho(PSG) and Zapater(Udinese) maybe? Knowing Wenger though, it's all going into unknown French 8-year olds who will be ready in time for the 2018 season.
