The 08/09 Fantasy Premier League is now open. Here's how you can take part:

1. Visit the Fantasy Premier League site and log in.

2. If you’ve never registered before, go to http://fantasy.premierleague.com/M/register.mc and setup your team and kit.

3. After logging in, click the ‘League’ link in the left navigation.

4. In the “Join A League” field, enter the code 197994-46543 and then click the ‘Join League’ button.

Last season we had around 200+ members and a $500 prize to the winner. There will be a prize this year as well and I'll announce it later this week on the blog.

May the best manager win!

yeah it wont even let me play becuase in my old account my age is 15 and it wont let me make a new one

i was on the premierleague.com fantasy last year as well from the start of the season. Look, when u sign in it probably tells u that ur under sixteen and blah blah blah...but if I remember correctly, there are three things on the left column. i dont remember what they are, but try clicking on one of them.

thats what it wont let me do.... i go to press sign up and it just says that they dont allow people under 16

delete your temporary internet files and then create another account.

By doing that, the computer will forget that you are not 16 and you will be allowed to make an account. BTW, whenever you make an account anywhere, you should make your age 21. Lying about your age on the internet is not going to get you arrested (hopefully).

Cue the Nani jokes...

i was able to make a new account.i had to do something similar to what you said. but instead i just made a seperate account on my computer

it doesnt. i tried at first.

foster, when u sign up and it says ur under 16 and it wudnt let u enter, there are a few things written on the left, I think, in Blue. Click on one of them, and u'll be able to sign in. I think one of them's 'edit profile' or summat like that. Just a tip even though u said u've already made another account.

AhmedShah - one thing - we're only running one fantasy league on SL, plus the draft that Andrei / Foster are running. Having more just creates confusion, especially since the official one has a prize and I'd like to get as many people as possible playing the league to make the prize worth it.

Yea, I deleted it. I know mate, i just wanted to get everyone involved on one game instead of having people split up into groups. Thanks for understanding.
