Who is a good referee? Which one? It's not hard finding a chaste nun, but there are few promiscuous ones. Fergusom needs to keep his trap shut for a while.

I'm with Bob. They're not going to blow big big dosh on Agüero, DiMaria, Ribery, Villa or Silv, so we'd better be patient.

well as a whole, refs need to buck up. Aginst Spurs, Bent did dive to get penalty(that he missed) compare that to Ngog's dive. gosh.

As a Chelsea fan, I must say that refs have been crap for us this season as a whole, and we have been poor as well lately making it harder to "beat the ref" as well as the opposition, but I do think the champions deserve more than the crappy second rate referees they throw our way.

Obertain looks really good so far, his finished just needs to improve and just needs time. I think if we were to get players like Villa, silva and ribery etc wether we would just have to overhaul the midfield and see a few players go out as well as in.

I'd love to see Ribery in a United kit, but I read somewhere that his wife is intent on living in the sun. Silva doesn't have the same work ethic or physique. My friend from Porto Allegre keeps telling me that Anderson's best position is on the left wing, If we bring in Gojko Kacar, Javí Martínez or Yaya Touré and Owen Hargreaves fully recovers, it should free up Anderson enough to do what he does best. Seeing as Obertan looks like he's got oodles of talent and is lots more intelligent than Nani, I don't think we necessarily need to worry about the left side so much. Bringing in Marouane Chamakh or an old-fashioned centre-forward like Eden Dzeko seems more imperative to me.

Ferguson need a suitable formation that can provide goals & strengthen defence for Man Utd
This have been a problem since lost to Burnley actually
I think maybe try to play youngsters like Nani & Anderson since start of the match maybe can help our attack & sometimes they're more creative..

Well United need someone to pick the locks of defences, and a fox in the box.

We did not threaten much to Carra-led Liverpool defence, chances came in the Chelsea game, but it seemed like the goals will never come. Rooney cannot play alone, just like how Pool will struggle w/o Torres.

Ribery and Silva are both good ideas. Expensive, but Man Utd should have some money lying around from Ronaldo. It depends what formation Sir Alex wants to play - Ribery would provide more width, whereas Silva, I think, is more of a ball carrying, playmaker.

For the time-being, Obertan has looked good in his appearances so far.

I dont think its a left winger that Man Utd need to replace Giggs becuase he hasn't been a proper left winger for a while now. Man Utd will defenantly need a creative player to replace him. Frank Ribery maybe....

Tomasz Kuszczak has laid bare his bitter relationship with Edwin van der Sar by claiming that his rival Manchester United goalkeeper dislikes him and ignores him.

In an outspoken attack on his team-mate, Kuszczak accused Van der Sar of dismissing his requests for advice and routinely giving him the cold shoulder.

The Pole’s verbal assault was all the more extraordinary for being delivered during an interview on MUTV, evoking memories of Roy Keane’s infamous rant on the club’s official television station in 2005.

Keane, the former United captain, was jettisoned by Sir Alex Ferguson, the manager, only weeks after criticising several team-mates during that controversial MUTV interview, which was never broadcast and the tape was subsequently destroyed by the club, although no attempt appears to have been made to censure Kuszczak’s comments.

“To be honest, I must say this and Edwin doesn’t like this too much for sure, but he doesn’t help me too much,” Kuszczak said. “I have told him a few times already to give me some more advice because he’s got more experience and got many more games under his belt.

“I say, ‘You have to give me something more because I like to know what I do wrong and like to watch other people. Doing that I can take some good from the advice I get.’ But I don’t know, maybe Edwin doesn’t like me. You’ll have to ask him.”

Ferguson is notorious for wanting to keep disputes between team-mates in-house and does not take kindly to public displays of dissent, so what he will make of Kuszczak’s remarks remains to be seen.

The Poland international and Van der Sar, United’s No 1, are not the first goalkeepers at leading Premier League clubs to have their differences.

Manuel Almunia, of Arsenal, claimed in an interview last year that Jens Lehmann, his former team-mate, “hates me” after finally taking exception to the German’s persistent attempts to belittle him.

Kuszczak, 27, has made only 17 league starts since joining United, initially on loan, from West Bromwich Albion in August 2006. He signed a two-year contract extension in September last year that will tie him to the club until June 2012, but having found his route to the first team blocked by Van der Sar and with Ben Foster also arguably ahead of him in the pecking order, Kuszczak feels that he might have to consider leaving to get regular football. After his incendiary comments, Ferguson may not stand in his way.

“I try to do everything to be on the pitch as many times as possible, but I hope in the future the games will come more and more and I will get the chance to play in the biggest games because that’s what I want to do,” Kuszczak said.

“The question is how long do you want to wait? Because I try every day, but it’s a slow process, it’s not so easy. I feel great in the position but I’m not called up and sometimes you think, ‘OK, it’s difficult, you have to wait,’ but the question is how long do I have to wait. I’ve already waited 3½ years.

“I will wait longer, but my ambition is so big and I want to have a nice feeling after games, be tired and go home and think, ‘Oh, you did a good job.’ Now it’s difficult because I haven’t played too much, especially this season, but I’m hungry to play games.

“Of course, there is competition in the team. I know what I have to do. I have to train hard, be ready and wait for my chance. This is what I do all the time and hopefully my chance will come. I’m still young and have a few years in front of me.

“I am a team player, I like to work with different people and help my team-mates to win the game. I know what it’s about and what I give to this club, even though I do not play regularly. But this is not my fault, I’m prepared.”

http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/sport/football/article6905069.ece
