Get ready for the next revolution in English football! (fingers crossed)

He’s the guy who i thought deserved to get the job, & even though i don’t support the English team i think he can be the one to turn things around. But a lot can happen in 4 years so be prepared for uncertainty.

As for management of the English press, having to deal with the Italian & Spanish press (no less predatory) surely is a testament to the big brass balls he carries around!

There are two friendlies scheduled for early next year:

England x Switzerland on 06 February.

France x England on 26 March.

Regarding the captaincy, Italian tradition usually dictates that the player with the most caps becomes the captain of the team. The manager doesn’t formally name a person.

It will be interesting to see how Mr. Capello handles this situation. I believe that the next game could potentially represent David Beckham’s 100th cap for England.
