Well, guess what? Hull, Boro, Sunderland and Newcastle all lost on Sunday, no real drama as in seasons past. Then again, apart from West Brom, the teams relegated deserved it, none more so than Newcastle. I will miss the WAGs though.

exactly Ahmed, last year wasn’t it two weeks or something between the last league game and the CL Final? I see Platini’s work in this he knew an English club would reach the CL final… they have done for the last 5 or so years

better question is, why the hell would you schedule the CL final on a Wednesday (since the league fixtures are usually mapped out before the CL fixtures are)?

should be all sorted out next season…

Well if Hull stay-up by not losing to Utd, if other results dictate that, expect endless crap about team selection.

And what bright spark schedules this on a Sunday anyway….3 days before the CL final?
