Eden Hazard is enjoying a great season with Chelsea and he is reaping the rewards for his outstanding performances. 

The Chelsea playmaker has been crowned London Footballer of the Year following his impressive performance in the last 12 months at the Bridge. 

It caps off a memorable week for the Belgian, who picked up his first major domestic trophy as a Chelsea player. 

Furthermore, he continued his impressive goal scoring form (14 goals so far) this season, scoring the only goal of the game against West Ham on Wednesday night. 

Tottenham’s striker Harry Kane has been scoring goals for fun, netting 24 goals so far, and the Englishman has claimed the Young Footballer of the Year award. 

Chelsea goal keeper Thibaut Courtois picked up the Goal keeper of the Year award ahead of Hugo Lloris.

Mark Warburton picked a surprise manager of the year award for guiding Brentford to the Championship last summer.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger was honoured with the outstanding contribution to the London club.
