According to Spanish media outlet Mundo Deperotivo, Manchester United will find out tomorrow whether they can sign Colombian sensation Juan Cuadrado from Fiorentina. The story claims that the player’s future was set to be decided yesterday but it has been postponed till tomorrow.

It is believed that Fiorentina President Andrea Della Valle will hold talks with the player’s representative Alessandro Lucci while the club’s Technical Director Daniele Prade will also be present in the meeting.

We had earlier reported this week that the Red Devils were willing to offer €40m for the 26 year old but Fiorentina are refusing to lower their €42m price tag for the player. United however are also willing to pay higher wages than Barcelona, the Catalan club who are also interested in the versatile young sensation.

However the Camp Nou outfit however might move out as the negotiations seems to crawl at a snail’s pace. Moreover new Barcelona manager Luis Enrique also confirmed that he wants right wing back Dani Alves to stay with the club as the Brazilian has a contract which will only expire in 2015.

“Alves is a Barca player and a very good one, by the way. I know him well and for now, he is with us.”

Will the recent developments would encourage United to quickly stamp out a deal for Cuadrado? Let us know in comments below
