Typical of the bais towards Man U. I'm sure it's REAL fan base in Asia will be overjoyed by the news. It will make Chelsea's "double" all the more delicious. Nice to see a club actually looking after it's fans! Oh the joy of 25 years of supporting soap opera that is the lads from SW6!

I seem to recall that last season Spurs played a UEFA cup match in Seville on a Thursday evening and the had to play away to Chelsea on the Saturday. That WAS unfair.

Playing 2 games in 3 or 4 days is a regular occurrence so what exactly do Chelsea have to complain about.

you caught the sarcasm, well done.

the advantage was in the additional days they get to prepare for their potential CL tie and the united game. the disadvantage of the two games in 4 days is somewhat negated by the fact that one of the games is wigan at home, so they can play a weakened team.

Actually, just read the article again :)

traveling Chelsea fans? I thought they were all overseas..."
lol, biased much?

"...the change of fixtures means Chelsea have to play two league matches in the space of four days..."

Where's the advantage? They're still chasing manu and cannot afford to drop points.
Also it's two days of preparation less for Everton, moron.
