Didier Drogba hates Chelsea
That’s funny, he’s been at Chelsea for 3 seasons and only now has the bitter taste in his mouth finally made him speak out. We know that Drogba wasn’t very pleased with the departure of manager Jose Mourinho from Chelsea and since weeping in the corner isn’t going to bring him back, it looks like Didier’s planning to go after him.
In a recent DVD released in France, called the ‘The Incredible Destiny of Didier Drogba’, he speaks out about his move to Chelsea and how he hoped and prayed that his ₤24 million move from Marseilles would fall through.
“I was disgusted. I realised that signing for Chelsea was disgusting. It’s hard to explain,”
Not really, most of us see where he’s coming from.
“It’s hard to understand because most of all, people see the financial side, or even the sporting side. But I simply wasn’t happy.”
“I even did some things that were almost absurd, in order not to go to Chelsea, such as during the medical…Going to the hospital in Paris, I was praying they would find a problem with my knee, or a problem with anything so the move would collapse.”
Yet he didn’t go as far as shooting himself in the foot. You have to want it enough man!
Anyways, it looks like dear Didi’s time is running out fast at Chelsea. Going to the highest bidder!
Drogba’s learned his lesson. When he moves clubs this time, you can be sure he won’t be looking at the financial side, or even at the sporting side. He’ll be going to the club that feels right. He’ll be listening to his heart. That his heart will tell him to sign for a G14 club that can pay him in excess of ₤100,000 a week will be purely a coincidence.

Drogba is not smart. That is the rub. Great player, love to have him on my team, but he is a boob. I don’t think he knows what he is saying when he says it.

Drogba made these comments around the time from his move from OM to Chelsea, and not recently.
Although I believe he will leave, probably this summer, it should be noted that he will probably do so because of his desire to play in either La Liga or Serie A, and not some pent up hate for the Blues.

The news outlets picked up on this story immediately, which leads to the fact that the author saw the story in the news and just crafted a quick introduction before repeating what was said in the news. Shit, anybody could do that and call themself a blogger.

Didier Drogba is simply one of the top strikers in modern football..lethal and decisive with great power, pace, and technique. This sentiment has been reflected by some of the worlds most respected coaches and players…so suck it up! You may not like him but you sure have to admire his abilities in the sport.
Also, a few of you run the risk of sounding very uninformed and misguided. Therefore I would strongly suggest you first acheive a good command of french then view the dvd if you so care about what Didier Drogba does or does not.
As for the folks who comment time and time again on Chelsea’s lack of history, I wonder how many of you have been to the UK and knows what it means to support an actual football club. From reading some of the responses it certainly appears that the club has been around much longer before most of you were born.
