I still think sacking Jol is not the way forward.

With the influx of new players, the board has to temper their expectations. This first season, nobody should judge Jol. If Jol is still struggling with the team next season, people have the right to be antsy but not now.

I am very disappointed with the board’s decision.

there was a quote from Comoli recently actually spursmad:

‘We will do our side of the business and draw up a list of potential signing and Juande can tell us who he wants’

But I think if thats the thinking of the board then why didnt Jol resign sooner?

If Jol did sign those players i agree…But if as recently reported that it was down to Comoli and the Spurs board signing the players, how can we judge and blame Jol… Bent was always going to upset the balance. We could never hope to keep all 4 strikers happy.. A manager/coach and director of football must work together to get signings that improve the team and not work independantly as seems to be the case here..Maybe Comoli should go to??? Lets hope now that we move forward, win some games. COYS

Whats BMJ on about??”WITH A BIT OF LUCK”,,,,”we should have beaten Fulham and Liverpool away”,,,no team can rely on should haves?or luck to win in the Premiership, you need skill, strength, stamina, tactical and strategic plans to win every game . Jol had taken us as far as he could, he lost the dressing room and he was crap at substitutions too throwing away games when we were on top of teams and the obvious lack of conditioning in the team was exposed in a lot of games over the two years he was coach. We didnt just lose gamesto top teams like the scum . chelski Liverpool and Manu we also lost to the relegation strugglers ever season in last few minutes of games home and away. So Jol had to go . And we got Ramos who will probably improve the team over the next two seasons

what a pile of c***, typical rubbish articles full of s***, robbie keane has scored quite a few goals considering this lack of service, spurs haven’t had any problems scoring this season it is just at the back where they have struggled. With a bit of luck they would have been much higher up the league, they should have beaten both liverpool and fulham away, which would have put a totally different look on the season so far.

dawson was injured the day before the trip to sunderland.
we had kaboul and gardener for the game.then theres rocha, king, dervite from the youth team looks quite promising too.
