		<description>Are you fucking kidding me if that&#039;s the case then Brasil and Argentina could join UEFA since their caliber of football is much higher than the rest of CONMEBOL. I still do not undrstand why FIFA has not intervened in this matter about teams being invited to play in an oficial tournament whether it be Libertadores or Copa America. Everyone talks about fighting corrution but thank god it&#039;s alive and well in CONMEBOL.</description>
