Coleen Mclouglin is now officially married to Wayne Rooney (and if I remember correctly she’s keeping her name because of her business interests), and she is, despite her high-profile status, the ultimate anti-WAG famous WAG.
It’s less confusing then it sounds – Coleen has developed into somewhat of a fashion icon and her sense of style and successful forays into business have meant that she’s become famous in her own right, not merely as the central adornment in a young footballer’s life.

The couple started dating when Coleen was just 16 and got engaged a year later. They soon moved in together and Coleen abandoned school for other pursuits. Even though she is a fully fledged WAG now, she does have a career of her own, much due to the media’s interest in her ever since the couple started dating.
It is estimated that with many of her endorsement deals, book deals, columns and TV appearances Coleen alone is worth ?8 million.
