CL Special: Manchester United v Barcelona Live Blogs

The season isn’t actually over yet, but several managers have quit (or in Sunderland’s case jumped before they were pushed out) and clubs from Celtic to Chelsea are looking for a new manager. Remarkably, Eriksson is not on any shortlist this time around (not even the bookies) and perhaps more surprisingly, Southgate and Brown still have jobs while Shearer is seriously considering sticking around at Newcastle.

The madness takes a break tonight though as the two best teams in Europe (and the two best players in the world) come face to face in Rome in less than 6 hours. Manchester United will take on Barcelona in the 2009 Champions League final and if you’re not near a TV screen, a pub or the in Stadio Olimpico itself, you can follow it live on the following sites:

Some unfortunate news filtered in this morning – a United fan was stabbed in Rome – nothing serious and let’s hope that tonight’s biggest story will be on the pitch and not off it.
