Serie A champions Juventus are looking to sign Chelsea midfielder Ramires, with reports claiming that the Brazilian could be well on his way to Turin in the summer.

The Bianconeri have now won the Serie A three times in succession and are looking to mount a serious challenge in the Champions League next campaign. The Daily Express have reported that the Old Lady have already placed a £20m bid for the Brazilian, who is also wanted by Real Madrid.

Ramires has featured in 45 appearances for Chelsea this season, and has been one of Mourinho’s most trusted operators. However, the Brazilian has been short of discipline on the pitch earning nearly a dozen of yellow cards and a straight red card in the current campaign.

We had earlier reported that Mourinho is willing to let go five of his best players in what would be a mass exodus from Stamford Bridge in the summer. With Nemanja Matic being in top form and Paulinho’s arrival from Tottenham a possibility, Ramires might well find himself down in the pecking order at Stamford Bridge next season.

It is also believed that Juventus manager Antonio Conte fears losing either of Paul Pogba or Arturo Vidal and hence wants to bring in a world class replacement such as Ramires for the 2014/15 campaign.
