I have always stated right from the beginning of the Abramovich era, even then I had my doubts about him, but Abramovich has proved himself, that we need consistancy. That consistancy is having a Manager and KEEPING HIM!! We cannot go through Managers like sand though someone's fingers. Before we know it we will have tried every Manager and then there will be no one left who would want the job. Who wants to work here knowing that they are going to be sacked regardless? The only reason for working for Chelsea at the moment is for the severence package. That is not what Chelsea is all about. Chelsea is about Passion. Loyalty. Patience. Determination. And more besides. We need to grab a Manager that has the mindset, the passion, the loyalty, the determination as found in John Terry, Frank Lampard and co. Abramovich needs to learn patience. And very quickly. We need to grab a Manager and keep him so that we can do what the likes of the other big guns have done. Otherwise we are going to be no better than on a snakes and ladders game, up and down, up and down. So, Mr. Abramovich, I, on behalf of everyone that has Chelsea blood in them, urge you, plead with you and ask you, find a Manager that has all the qualities that the players have and keep him.
