Celtic are top of the table because we won the head to head, we scored 2 away goals and utd failed to score away, it was in the rules before the competition started.

Can someone explain to me why Celtic is on the top of the table after beating Utd 1-0?

Both teams have the same 9 points but Celtic has an inferior Goal Difference than Utd yet is on top of the table.

Has there been some change in the rule?
