I mean I know the dude got injured but even before then he was thouroughly average. Darren Fletcher would be a star in an average team so why is Kieran Richardson average in an average team? I think that Keano will be able to attract some decent players to Sunderland, but I think it will mainly be English players. Don't expect to be seeing any fancy foreigners doing step overs any time soon. Apparently he's interested in Sidwell from Chelsea which would be a good move to sure up the center of midfield. I think Sunderland will find themselves in the same position next season, hopefully they can prove me wrong, but I somehow doubt that.
