I AM SO ANGRY THAT MY COUNTRY WAS DECFECTED BUT CE NA PAS LA PROBLEME.THE PLAYERS I EXPECTED TO SEE ON THE GAME WAS NOT THERE. BUT GUYS YOU PLAYED SO WELL I WAS VERY PROUD OF YOU GUYS HERE IN AMERICA. GOD BLESSED THE LIONS.

We’re all proud of our Indomitable Lions for reaching the quarter finals of the Olympics 2008 ! Congratulation to the Crew ! We’ll be cheering,celebrating and hoping for a next win of our team.

I think it’s not any politics (coz i’m not a politician) when pointing a finger at FECAFOOT for making an “unjust selection” made of Francophones only! I think the Cameroonian’s National Teams especially that of football should be one of the platforms amongst many others where Cameroon should demonstrate to those who doubt it,that Anglophones and Francophones can coexist,work and succeed together.It’s rather so unfortunate that this chance isn’t being exploited by the forces in place.

“This forum shouldn’t be a place to talk or do politics and other irrelevant stuff that hasn’t anything to do with Football ! “

-Could we see this team as a national team and stop exposing this your myopic way of thinking in terms of Anglophone or Francophone?
-This is Sports! NOT politics.
-Let us try to write in acceptable English. Luckily for the Iyoks, the Neba Ches and the Akontehs you did not disclose your addresses. It is a shame to read what some of us write on this forum, yet we pass around for English teachers!

I think i’m patriotic enough to mention that this Olympic squad isn’t bad but i don’t think FECAFOOT is; otherwise they wouldn’t just care about selecting simply a good squad composed “ALL 23 of Francophones ONLY”.For the interest of building closer relations amongst Cameroonians (Franco- and Anglophones), i think Anglophones will welcome very much say a 70% Franco- and 30% Anglophones Squad. I don’t even want to believe otherwise, that FECAFOOT may be claiming Anglophones can’t play football! I think, who ever is the selection commitee of the National Squads isn’t good for “CAMEROON” as a country but for the so-called “LA REPUBLIC”. That’s not just my point of view but also that of many other fellow folks!

I HAVE HIGH HOPES FROM ALL THE COUNTRIES WHICH ARE TAKING PART IN THE 2008 BEIJING OLYMPIC AND I WISH THEM GOOD LUCK.
THE PREDICTION IS HARD TO MAKE ON WHO IS GOING TO GET THE GOLD, BRONZE AND SILVER MEDAL.
FOR THE CAMEROONIAN TEAM I HAVE A BIT CONFIDENCE ON THEM AND WILL LIKE THEM TO PUT IN MIND LIKE WHAT THEIR BROTHERS DID IN SIDNY OLYMPIC. TO BE MORE CONFIDENCE AND GO FOR THE GOLD. THEY SHOULD KNOW THEY ARE THE â€œLIONSâ€ AND KING OF THE FOREST.

please i think the team is good. but why can an anglophone not be a coach of our national team also. An also why is it that all the olympic football quard, i cannot fine even one anglophone player there. i think this is not a national team, is a la republic team.
i wish we should show national unity towards our country men.
