Hitzlsperger! He’s like the German version of Lampard.
But all he does is spray shots 40 out and doesn’t even get the deflections.
Very disappointed in his Euro performance as well.

And I agree with the guy above about Gomez too.

I would pick Hamburg’s Jerome Boateng over Arne Friedrich, Hanover’s Robert Enke over Manuel Neuer, either Hertha’s Marco Pantelic or Dortmund’s Mladen Petric over Kevin Kuranyi, Schalke’s Marcelo Bordon over Per Mertesacker and I would like to get rid of Roberto Hilbert, so I could add Gomez to the squad, but can’t think of a replacement at the moment.

Hamburg had best overall(above Bayern even) I believe. They just can’t seem to score goals.

Though you admit it I don’t see how Rosenberg beats out Gomez. Ok, he had a bad EURO but in league he was unreal. His goals per game is just ludicrous. Would have liked to see Jones in the midfield. While Neuer is a trendy pick b/c of the champions league stuff I would go with Adler who is more likely to be contesting for the national team spot along with Rensing than Neuer is.

Pretty good team, but I would much prefer Rafinha from Schalke to Friedrich. He is much more talented, and hasn’t seen his best football yet.
