I think the Premier League should introduce a Premier League Channel.

We have one here in Aus for the A-League, A-League TV, Its about 20 Pounds (Im rounding it off caus i know a lot of you english are using this!) A season for every A-League Reguarlur season game, Play-Offs games and Final Game, Vodafone Challenge Cup matches and 4 games of your choice from any game in the Premier League. (Its owned by FOX Sports and they have both PL and A-League rights).

Its a good service and its good you can get it on your computer, even when youre offline and your mobile phone when you cant get to your computer…

20 Pounds I think for every Premiership game would be good, id subscribe!

In c40 of the suit filed by the English FA and Bourne & co it states:-

‘You tube users expect to find and view unauthorized copies of copyrighted content ‘

I have used you-tube and “I do not expect to find” illegal copies nor do I participate in any form of copying. This statement is abhorrent and defamatory to me and any other you tube user.

Moreover how can you reconcile the FA’s exclsuitivity rights with Competition legislation.

This is just a bandwagon suing. If Viacom were to win their case I expect will be seeing every man and his horse (not to mention every man who looks like a horse) suing.
