Beckham must play / LA Galaxy Kit

David Beckham won’t line up for the LA Galaxy to face Chelsea tonight, but already his move state-side has been a success, for him and for LA Galaxy.

The MLS club have already made millions from selling tickets and merchandise (especially the shirt shown below), and as David Beckham keeps schmoozing with the sponsors and media, they’ll keep earning more and more.

David Beckam’s debut in the MLS is eagerly awaited but more important for him, LA Galaxy and England is that he recovers completely from his injuries and niggles and is able to play regular competitive football. Of all the reasons that could hurt the Beckham brand, not playing football tops the list.

Also, here’s the new LA Galaxy Kit:

LA Galaxy have signed a deal with Sydney FC for the LA Galaxy to play Sydney FC at the 90,000 capacity Stadium Australia.
Robbie Fowler was going to play in the match and for Sydney FC but rejected the offer. Dwight Yorke and Andy Cole may be there in the Sky Blue of Sydney FC too!

The Galaxy have also cancelled there whole Asian Tour just to play against Sydney, and if Backs is unfit the game will be played at a latter date..

They might as well just bring Beckham here to Aus as teh Becks Circus and have him in a cage.
