I have to disagree with the poster above about the "fading MLS". Even without Beckham, the league is viable, majority of the teams have built soccer-specific stadiums and are turning profit. Also, there is a solid core fan base. Pro soccer can and will grow in the US. It doesn't take overnight, give it another decade or so. After all, MLS is only 13 seasons young.
