Barcelona 2007/2008 Home Kit – Nike

Barcelona have announced their new 2007/2008 home kit (designed as usual by Nike).

The kit has three stripes / bands instead of the two this season, a special inscription around the Barcelona club badge marking Camp Nou’s 50 years, plus the Unicef logo, the LFP logo on the right sleeve, the traditional Nike swoosh and the famous inscription “mes que un club” as well.

Much thanks to FC Barcelona Clan for bringing the pics online, although for the life of me I can’t remember how I got to that site in the first place.

Here’s the first pic:

You can find the rest of the images (close ups of different sections) at FC Barcelona Clan. They also have an archive for all past Barca kits, as well as a possible third Barca kit for 2007/2008.

You can buy the Barcelona 07/08 home kit here.

And speaking of Barcelona, if you’re looking for Barca news then make sure you head over to FC Barcelona Blog, an excellent new Barca blog.

Interesting they are making an effort to commemorate the Franco-built Nou Camp’s 50 year anniversary on the badge.

why most people said it is the same as 0607 home one?
it is tree stripes instead of two for the previous kits..
the home kits style must mantain its blaugrana style..
see for the past kits..home one..it is all blaugrana style..
this kits just like in cruijf era..but with unicef..

The new shirt although looking very much like other years is much more stylish. I like the design and the badge makes it look more distinctive. I certainly will be buying it when available.

    “Gooner,
    Yawn…. lets go Gunnerz!”

    Yawn??
    HAHAHAHAHAHA
Those yawns are probably tears now, Arsenal’s best player for the past decade is now a Barcelona player.

Thierry Henry four year deal with the Catalans.

    Yawn that, Gooner.

Will Arsenal fans please stop crying for Henry? Don’t worry, your Arsene will sign another Frenchman instead of him. As for the new Barca kit, I saw this pic along with the supposed new Man U kit a few weeks ago. Does that mean it’s true? Here’s the link: http://footyblog.net/2007/06/03/manchester-united-new-kit-200708/ (copy/paste it).

    Dear edu anierri,
If you have nothing positive to say about these wonderful kits, then why are you here commenting? I hate Chelsea and Real Madrid’s ugly kits, but you don’t see me on that forum, posting my negative thoughts, do you? No, you don’t. So, please… keep your mouth closed.

    Sincerely,
    Someone With Common Sense
