Even the national team coash (Dutchman Pim Verbeek) says that it is better for players to be training with a top division Europe side with no game time than to play 90 minutes, week in week out in the A-League. He copped a lot of heat for that comment from the local press, but Pim's right. It isn't strong enough yet, but it's improving every year. Season 4 should be a cracker! I've always thought it would be fun to play in Australia. Much like playing in the MLS, it would be interesting to play in a growing league that is fairly new and going places.
