looks that i have to eat my words...manu won 4-0...should have kept my mouth shut...nonetheless i'm afraid we cannot carry on like this..yeah, i know..psychological it's great: no team 1 or 2 goals up against us will be relaxed until last minute of match from now on. n very soon, people will realise that tackling alonso is like sarcastically applauding the referee. yet, its beyond time that we start killing games at half-time,and not only for my nerves. im very concerned about the fitness level of the guys after the internationals and such a match...they are not superhumans afterall. its really time for rotation rafa...but of course, the press( n even some deluded lfc fans) will slate u 4 doing the right thing. but YNWA

Im just trying to keep my feet on the ground, we have had too many false dawns before. We have been getting lucky which is ok champions need luck but we need to start winning games with comfort, especially against the likes of Wigan (no offense to them).

BTW, please disregard my comment about Heskey. In my haste I failed to realize that he wasn't even playing. Oh well.

Liverpool_Fan,

I've watched almost every United match this year, and it's the same story. They'll be knocking on the door for the entire first half and go scoreless. Then they'll get one or two in the second half. I think it'll be the usual 2-0.

I'm surprised you think Liverpool will fall off the pace. They're playing well and seem to be pulling out victories left and right. I know it's dangerous to live for the late goal like that, but it seems to be working for them.

I still think it will be a four way battle for the first couple of months, eventually one team will fall off the pace (most likely Liverpool or Arsenal) but hopefully with 3 games to go we can all say "three games to go and there are 3 teams who can still win it this year"

im watching United 30 minutes gone still 0-0 and they are creating something every time they go forward, i will be extremely suprised if they dont win 3 or 4 nil

Thanks. I was quite proud of that caption. As for Chelsea, they really look good. Sure it's early and sure they played Boro, but if their B-Team can put up 5 goals then I'd hate to see them when they get to full strength. As for Liverpool, they keep escaping. Who knows? Maybe this is their year. The Liverpool/Chelsea match will really tell us a lot.

Don't count Man Utd. out just yet. They started slowly last year, too.
