Gregory makes an interesting point. Watching Arsenal this year I felt that opposing teams had read the script in advance. They knew what we we’re going to do before we did it. Very spooky. I used to think it was only Spurs that had “crystal balls”.

Arsenal’s fatal weakness is not its players youth and inexperience. Its fatal weakness is its passing game.
The Arsenal passing game is based on triangles – pass and move with pace and precision. Stoke and Fulham ( among others ) were able to defeat Arsenal simply by working out Wenger’s triangles and shutting them down.
No amont of experience will change the fact that Arsenal’s tactics are predictable and can be countered by any side with a high school knowledge of geometry.

Sorry but Kranjcar isnt a holding midfielder.
On the contrary, if Arsene can check with Sir Alex on the fitness and availability of Owen Hargreaves that would really strengthen the midfield area which is unbelievably lightweight right now.
If there is one area to enhance, it is the midfield. A deep lying midfielder protecting the back four and releasing balls to Fabregas and Arshavin will certainly bring solidity and strength to the Arsenal “Barca” approach.

Toulalan, Bodmer, Ben Arfa, Asenjo. Sell two of the top three strikers since they always get injured anyway and sign a top ace like Benzema.

We would be smart to bring in Lescott and Kranjcar. Great holding midfielder and a great defender, which are both positions we need badly. I would also like to see Adebayor go and Santa Cruz to come in. Go gunners!
