Chelsea goal keeper Petr Cech is almost certain to leave the club in the summer.

The 32-year-old, who has established himself as a club legend, has spent the season as second choice to Thibaut Courtois at Stamford Brige and has only managed five Premier League stats all season.

According to reports from ESPN, Chelsea goal keeper Petr Cech has opened talks with Turkish club Besiktas over a possible summer move.

“I have been in contact with Besiktas — we are in talks,” Cech’s agent Viktor Kolar told Turkish publication Fanatik. “Turkey is a choice for Cech, but we will decide when the league is over.”

Premier League giants Arsenal are also keen to sign Cech and have made him their top goal keeping target this summer.

The Telegraph reports that any potential move is likely to hinge on the personal decision of Chelsea’s owner, Roman Abramovich.

Jeremy Wilson notes that “Cech and his family are settled in London and, while there will be other offers across Europe, Arsenal would clearly be a tempting option.”

Arsenal haven’t made any formal move for Cech and a final decision is likely to wait till the end of the season.
