Arsenal still need a defensive midfield and a goalkeeper. i think they could do with a dominate centreback, someone like Hangelaand but it's hard to argue with how Gallas has played so far this season. He showed this last year but people were not convinced since Arsenal were struggling to finish fourth. Everton are not a bad outfit. Moyes is probably embittered by the ridiculous sum of money at city and desperately does not want to do business with them. However no manager should hold onto players they don't want.
