According ro reports in the trusted and reliable Gianluca Di Marzio website, Arsenal target Alessio Cerci is waiting for the final ‘yes’ from Atletico Madrid to complete his move to Italian side AC Milan on a loan deal.
The 27 year old had a superb last season for Torino having scored 13 goals in 37 appearances. However he has just played 8 times this season for Atletico, all of them being substitute appearances. With Fernando Torres set to return to Atletico, Cerci’s future is over at the Rojiblancos.
The Di Marzio report claims that the Italian is returning from a vacation in the Maldive islands, and Atletico wants to bring Torres back to Madrid regardless of what happens with Cerci. Torres’ transfer will be the reigning La Liga Champions’ 14th purchase of the season. Given that in Spain, a club is allowed to make 15 incoming moves, Cerci is more or less on his way to the Rossoeneri.
