Ashley Cole may be able to push forwards, but if theres an intelligent winger stood in front of him, then its chaos on the left wing.

I dont think Ronaldo should be in there. Beckham has done more and was a “better” player. He spent more years in English football and I’m not a Becks fan.

Firstly, a very unbiased pick for a Liverpool fan!

It’s an impossible task but I do think that Keane, Henry, Cantona, Gerrard and Scholes have to be in there.

RVN, Zola, Vieira and Ronaldo have to go to make room.

Ronaldo hasn’t done enough yet to merit a place and Zola wasn’t around long enough. Keane trumps Vieira every time as does Gerrard.

But as I said…an impossible task!

Dude, despite being a die-hard manutd fan and rooting for RVN over henry when during their hay-days they used to be top strikers in the prem, and when the great debate used to go on about who’s better,I always knew that henry was in a different class altogether.Do you know that in a recent poll,henry and cantona were voted the best premiership players ever?
I think that you can’t seperate Henry,Cantona and Shearer,for what Shearer might have lacked in class(which wasn’t a lot) from the two french greats,he made up with his longevity and by being an inspiration for all his teammates.
NO arguements about the defenders,the goalkeeper and the wingers.But the midfield players, i do have my doubts.I think gerrard definately should be there simply because he does the job week-in,week-out for his team.Whenever they need him,he delivers.Most of the time he carries the entire team on his own shoulders.And scholes’s passing is so visionary,no one in the world comes close to it.I think those too should have bin there in the central midfield.
