Ajax 2007-09 Home Kit

The new Ajax shirt for 2007/2008 is out, and is a very nice looking shirt by Adidas.

The shirt is the classic Ajax white with red thick vertical stripe going up it and it’s one of the only kits that doesn’t have the Adidas 3-stripes on it, which suits the Ajax shirt nicely and leaves it nice and original.

The mesh looks like it has an X in the middle of the red stripe, which could be a new Adidas mesh feature. The third kit is apparently going to be a reverse of the shirt with a red shirt with white stripes.

Overall the shirt is very nice without the 3-stripes going down the sleeves and is the nice classic Ajax kit, with nothing too flashy.

    There are three very subtle X’s down the center of the kit. These are drawn from the city flag of Amsterdam. Also, Ajax only wore the Adidas stripes in the Champions League last year; no stripes in the Dutch league or cup.

    Quality shirt, just hope that Dennis does more than score JUST 6 F**KIN GOALS IN 3 YEARS in it.

I don’t understand ajax there kit is alwasys the same every season.Just maybe the material might be different.But In honestas far I have seen Ajax play sinxe the 1995 champions lge final, every bit of the kit has been the same.I can get away with wearing the kit from 95 and say its the latest kit

    It has the wrong sponsor on it though? Ajax left ABN-AMRO at the end of last season?
