Atletico Madrid attacker Antoine Griezmann’s agent has alerted several big European clubs by claiming the player is ‘listening to different clubs’.

The Frenchman has been the star-man for the La Liga giants all season, netting 32 goals in 53 appearances.

Griezmann joined Atletico Madrid in the summer of 2014 from Real Sociedad but has been heavily linked with a move to the Premier League this summer after another successful season at the Vicente Calderon.

‘Contrary to certain claims announcing that Antoine at Atletico next season will be the case without fail, nothing has been decided or endorsed,’ Griezmann’s agent Eric Olhats told L’Equipe.

‘We are currently listening to different clubs who also offer real interest and attraction.’

Atletico Madrid are determined to convince the 25-year-old to pen a new contract to keep him away from the clutches of Premier League giants Manchester United and Chelsea while French champions PSG have also reportedly shown interest in the prolific striker.

Diego Simeone’s side finished third in La Liga this season but are preparing to face local-rivals Real Madrid for the second time in three years in the final of the Champions League in Milan later this week.

Griezmann, who scored the crucial away goal against Bayern Munich to help the Los Colchoneros reach the final of the elite European competition, is under contract with his current club until 2020 but Atletico Madrid fear that they may find it difficult to turn down a mega-money offer from the interested European clubs.
