to be honest im a man utd fan, but i love AC!!! i agree that milan need to spend a bit, defencively and up-front..... Barazagli is a solid italian defender, aguaro is a positve striker but not as proven as AC may need. Berbatov on the other hand is awsome one of the best technical strickers there is and would fit into the system realy well. ochoa is a highly rated young goalie that wouldnt be as expencive a buffon lol.

Not all us Inter fans are cunts Kenny. Was delighted AC won the CL, instead of any of the EPL clubs. And I've respected them since I first saw them.

AC might have just started the bad years we had in 90's. Hopefully it isn't that bad, for the sake of Serie A, and the city of Milano. I'd say with Maldini running the Youth Acadamy from next season, AC should be back to normal by the latest, 2010.

And if AC are going to have a banner that big, it should be at least funny or insulting!

Pato, the young Brazilian, was an expensive purchase, and we shall see how well he fits in. I read an interview by Paolo Maldini a few days ago. He rates the young man quite highly.

I also believe that as Kenny noted, Mr. Berlusconi will go deep into his pockets to land big names to replace some of the ones that Anthony referenced. Perhaps Ronaldinho will join the Brazilian contingent at Milan. Or course, that probably will not occur if Frankie Rijkaard is their next coach... :-)

They have an absolute plethora of experience but surely age has to catch up with them sooner or later. Last year I thought United would run them ragged at Old Trafford but the defence, despite conceding 3, was strong until Gattuso went off. He is such a magnificent shield, as demonstrated in the last WC.

As for the future, we will have to see how they go. No doubt they are second fiddle to Inter domestically, but they are still officially the best team in the world right now.

I do feel, however, that they need massive investment and a general overhaul of the playing staff in the summer. When you think of the ages of Maldini, Cafu, Seedorf, Inzaghi (who hasn't been in great form domestically anyway) and even Nesta, they are all legends of the game in one way or another but Milan need to restructure, in my opinion.
