@RedV: Absolutely an option...but I've tried that and failed miserably!

@Kev: Strange choice for one with such obviously good taste. :)

@vishnu, KB5, Kristian, Pedro, Steve and blahkid: All good stories..thanks!

@Evan, Jamie and Alex: Excellent alternatives and much easier than some of mine....and successful!

@Kris: Great clip! Enjoyed that immensely...thanks. :)

@sandro: Tend to agree with that...these days!

@Shazback: Now that G.Poll is retired at least he couldn't be accused of taking a bribe! He always was a slippy character. :)

"If you’re female I suggest using all of your assets. I’m not saying get them out but, assuming they’re prominent, don’t hide your light under a bushel (as it were) and if there’s a stage with a poll, request something raunchy from the DJ and get sliding!"

Is it wrong that he idea of someone sliding all over Graham Poll makes me laugh so much?

Or live around prestbury, crawling with them.
Particular highlight was a load of kids from my school serenading Robbie Savage with a popular chant about his onanism.

As a kid I bumped into Bobby Charlton at my local ASDA supermarket. Very bizarre. He was there for some sort of promotion for Tate & Lyle which clearly hadn't been publicised very well as nobody had turned up to see him.

He didn't look a happy bunny as I patiently waited for him to finish a conversation with his manager, to get his autograph, and barely said two words to me.

When I was around 12, most of Portugal's international footballers would hang out in Vilamoura in early June, just before pre-season. Coincidentally, that was also when we would have our family holidays in said location. Famous players I saw lounging about included Figo, Rui Costa, Sérgio Conceição, Abel Xavier, João Vieira Pinto and many others of the Golden Generation. Being a fierce Benfica fan, I managed to get João Vieira Pinto's autograph while he had a quiet morning coffee and an indecipherable John Hancock from a mightily angry Rui Costa, who was having a very heated argument with someone but was still gracious enough to sign his name on a piece of paper some dumbass kid had just put in front of him. Being from a small country makes things easier though. One of my acquaintances used to give Mourinho a ride when he was getting his degree at Uni and my brother's mate was neighbours with Sporting's João Moutinho and United's Nani and used to play with them when they were kids.
