I’m a Spurs fan, and yes they are good odds. But us winning in Old Trafford after our big win Tuesday is unlikely. I would say Man U wins or a draw with a replay at the Lane! If Spurs win this would probably be the best week I can remember in a long time for us. Beating Man U and Arsenal, that would be insane. Let’s give em a go at Old Trafford, COYS!

Why should the weather be a health problem to the players… I really can’t see it. It’s no different than you or me going on vacation, and I have never had health problems coming home from a warm place.

I don’t think the trip refreshed the players. I think it was a bad idea. I believe the difference in weather will be a major issue with player health. SAF always moaned to the FA for a break in January. I can just imagine what’s going to happen if they give one…all teams will line up friendlies during that time. How is that different from the norm?

I won’t be surprised if we get knocked out this weekend. If we do, we can’t have any excuses really.

There’s only 3 hours in time difference from England to Riyadh, so it won’t really matter. I think the trip has refreshened the players. They spent 3-4 days in the Saudi warmth and even had a whole day off. I think Spurs are in for a thrashing.
